XM Radio Expands Traffic Coverage
XM says that it is planning to expand the coverage of its XM NavTraffic GPS information service to include 14 new major American cities. After all is said and done, the service will give customers real-time traffic updates in 44 American metropolitan areas across the country.
XM NavTraffic is the first nationwide satellite-based traffic update service and, with this announcement, its claims to being the best have become increasingly difficult to deny.
For a complete list of cities that will be covered by the update, visit the Telematics Journal.
