Honda adding XM to more models
Honda is factory-installing XM radios in more than 550,000 2006 Hondas. The Star Tribune:
WASHINGTON - The market-leading satellite radio company is getting a boost from a carmaker: XM says Honda will provide factory-installed units in more than 550,000 2006 vehicles.
XM already is factory installed on the Civic and the Pilot SUV.
In a statement, the Washington-based satellite-radio company said Honda models equipped with the radio as a factory-installed feature for upcoming year will also include the Accord and Accord Hybrid, Odyssey, Element and Ridgeline.
XM is standard on its Acura RL, TL, TSX and MDX models.
This is big for XM, and will certainly help in reaching their 6 million subscriber milestone.
