Sprint to Offer Sirius Content

Sirius Satellite Radio announced today that Sprint will be offering some of its content over its wireless network, marking the first time a cellular provider makes satellite radio available in its products. Sprint, which already offers two streaming music channels for $5.95 per month, will add rock, hip-hop, and soul channels, in an attempt to boost data services and revenue for the #3 cellular service. Pricing and launch date are yet to be announced.
