XM Satellite Radio to Have In-Car Video, Invisible Antennas
XM Satellite Radio announced last week that they have the technology to produce video in cars, giving subscribers a TiVo-type feature that will allow them to download cartoons, music videos, and live sports into their cars. They’ve also announced the development of an invisible antenna, ideal for convertibles, that could be placed inside door mirrors. The antenna should add about $10-$15 to the cost of a car.
